Although our pages have evolved, the basic design principles haven’t changed. In designing the pages we wanted to achieve 4 things:

1. The Pages needed to be bigger than most products so that loading them would be easy.
2. They needed to be clear so you could see what was contained within each pocket.
3. The flap on each pocket needed to be independent so you could use it either over the top of items or tucked behind them. An independent flap would also allow maximum versatility with oversized items.
4. Access to the pockets had to be easy, so you weren’t fighting to get the pocket opened or struggling when it came to removing or replacing supplies.
5. The weight of the page was very important. We didn’t want to load up the base unit or your shoulder (when using the TravelPack Plus) with the weight of the pages, (scrapbooking products are heavy enough.) The biggest challenge we faced was finding a plastic that was incredibly durable and also lightweight.

Our basic storage pages are 12.5”x 12.5” which makes it easy to load them with products designed to fit a 12”x 12” format. Of course smaller products are no problem. The flap system works great, not only does it hold products in the pockets; when you tuck the flap behind the products they become very easy to remove and replace (without tearing up your cuticles.)

We are also pleased to say, that the evolution of the page designs, from the Fabulous Four to the new and really cool Embellishment Storage Pages has come mostly from you, our customers. We really appreciate your sharing of ideas. Nothing is more exciting than getting several e-mails or calls from customers with suggestions and then actually getting to develop and produce a new product based on those suggestions.
