My pages are really sagging,
what is the problem?
Does it look like this? In this case there is a strong possibility that you have your ScrapRack sitting
at the wrong angle. Check to be sure all four rubber feet are sitting on the
desk top and that the long hinge is across the TOP of your base unit. Also,
keep in mind this product works better the fuller it is. If you only have
a few pages and a couple of Spinders you may have a little more sag than scrappers
who are more fully loaded. I guess that means it's time to do a little shopping
at your favorite Scrapbook Store.
What is the The ScrapRack?

What is the ScrapRack made of? How big is it?
The ScrapRack is made on a heavy duty metal frame. The body of the frame is
covered with a full sheet of velcro. The velcro is secured by both contact
cement and metal rivets. The rack has two heavy duty metal wings which support
the sheets at the edge of the body. The "spinders" are designed
for industrial use and feature a locking mechanism that prevent organizer
pages from slipping out of the rings. Velcro is attached to the back of each
"Spinder" on a metal strip that is also glued and riveted. Each
"Spinder" holds between 20 and 30 fully loaded organizer pages. The
ScrapRack is 17" Tall, 13" Deep, 36" long fully extended, 15"
long when closed up for storage.
If I buy it today, when will I receive my order?
All ScrapRack orders in the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground, unless you specify other shipping and agree to the addtional charges. That means that the normal delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after you receive your email stating that your order is on it's way. If you live outside the continental United States most orders are shipped though the United States Postal Service. In all cases our shipping charges relect the actual cost of shipping your order to your address.
What
are Organizer Pages?
Organizer pages are available in 4 different designs. Each pocket has a cresent
cut out of the top for ease of loading and unloading and are made from heavy
acid free plastic. Organizer pages can hold anything at all. Pages are designed
with a flap at the top which will prevent items from sliding out of the pockets.
Flaps can easily be tucked behind the items so loading and unloading the pages
is very easy. Place your small items (eyelets, sequins, tiny die cuts,etc.)
in a small zip lock bag before placing the items in a pocket. When you need
to get the small items out you just pull out the small bag, take what you
need then return the bag to the organizer. No more struggling to fish tiny
